    Bertram Yachts Appts: Mike Myers As New President​


    Miami, Florida, January 7th, 2007 - Legendary U.S. sport-fish manufacturer, Bertram Yacht, has appointed Mike Myers as its new President/COO. Myers will report directly to Giovanni Vacchi, Executive Chairman and CEO of Bertram Yacht.

    “We are very pleased to have Mike joining our team,” stated Giovanni Vacchi, Executive Chairman and CEO of Bertram Yacht. “He comes from an outstanding background, including 20 years in the marine industry, with extensive operations experience. He is a quality driven manager who will
    contribute significantly to Bertram’s reinforcement as the world’s leading sport-fish manufacturer.”

    Previously President of Boston Whaler and Brunswick’s Saltwater Boat Group Division, he will join Bertram Yacht in its Miami headquarters on January 7th, 2008. Myers holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, and has 28 years of managerial experience, including 8 years at General Electric and 20 years in the marine industry.
