    Hello everyone,

I own a Baia B55, built in Italy in 1994, and I’m trying to locate the hull number / builder’s number on the boat.

The reason is practical and technical: I need to identify and order spare parts for my Arneson drives, but I cannot find the original BOM for the boat.
Several suppliers have told me that the hull number is required to retrieve the correct build specification.

Regarding the drives, I’ve been told that my Arnesons are ASD12B1S, but this is not an official confirmation, only a hypothesis based on measurements and visual inspection. Before ordering parts, I need to be 100% sure.

Since this is a pre-CE boat, the registration documents do not mention any CIN/HIN, so I’m specifically looking for the physical hull or builder’s number that Baia may have marked on the boat.

Has anyone with a Baia B55 or other Baia models from the early 90s found:

    • a builder’s plate in the engine room,

    • a number stamped on stringers or bulkheads,

    • or any other hidden/internal hull identification?
Any experience, photos, or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.
