Hi, This one has made it into the public arena and may well provide some interest and entertainment to those following the story. The Brokerage House and it's namesake himself have a pretty sordid reputation in the business so I am sure they are no strangers to legal action from those they have wronged.
MW looks up from filing his nails. "Another one?, he sniffs, Get in line." OTOH, if that sales guy didn't actually introduce the yacht to the buyer... "....but, your honor, I knew the boat cleaner's brother who knows the captain and I was gonna call him, but my dog ate my homework and....." As my old friend Charlie Pigadis used to put it, "Heahs five dollahs. Go to da movies." Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go take a shower.
I am glad to see that it is one broker suing another broker rather than a client suing a broker. However all of us in the brokerage business know that we will run accross a bad situation with another broker sometime, and clients that work with one broker for a long time and then buy with another make it harder.
