    Hello Forum,
I know that it doesn't constitute as a motoryacht, but it's a sweetie anyhow. I have a 1947 Lyman Islander for sale. I bought it from a family friend a few years ago in hopes of restoring it. Turned out to have a cracked block even though the engine had been recently re-built (all new hardened valves, etc.).
Anyhow, I just don't have time to put a new block in the thing AND restore it. I am asking $2200.00
If anyone is interested, please PM me for more details this:

18' Lyman Islander on Custom Trailer (2000). New mahogany deck 2001. 60HP Gray Marine engine has cracked block, but was rebuilt in 2003 so all components are like new. Entire boat 12vDC- AM/FM/CD Stereo & Speakers, Cockpit Lighting. Fitted Subrella cover and all safety gear included.

    Kenny,

Silly question time. I cannot remember what block the old Grey was based on. Was it a Chrysler?

    Fish

    Guys,
I'd forgotten this thread even existed. That boat has been LONG gone.
    All the best,
    Ken
