    I wonder what the alcohol level of the "Driver" was...

    Pascal- Are you suggesting the "driver" might have been "blind drunk" and just not seen the moored Tug only 3 feet longer than his own vessel owing to this and some slight over crowding in the forward end of his boat with the 11 contestants from a recently concluded wet T Shirt contest he had pulled at the bar?
