    Hello:

I have a 32 Carver Mariner and I would like to install an a/c unit, however, I can't seem to find out - where do you root the water line from the pump to the a/c unit?

    Any assistance is appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Ian

Do you have a thru hull for the supply to the a/c pump?

I have a thru hull pickup with a seacock to shut it off.

Is the thru hull located in the floor hatch in front of the refrigerator ? Where is the pump ? And where is the A/C unit ?

To avoid priming problem make sure the pump is close to the seacock without any high or low point in the hose. The pump must be below waterline. From the pump outlet on, high and low points aren’t critical but if you have any before the pump it will airlock

The hose goes through the side on the starboard side of the galley access. It goes under the floor of the sink cabinet and pops up there. On mine I have a divider to keep you from electricity when you reach under the sink. It pops up in after that

If you have two seacocks in the access panel which side is connected to the head? Port or starboard?
