So i just bought this boat and I have searched hi and low for the holding tank pump out and there is none. starboard side has 3 fresh water fills and 2 fuel fills. There is nothing on the port side. The only place I can't look is against the forward cockpit, at the main cabin because they built these custom fish boxes.
    Help!

    3 fresh water fills????
Follow one of them down to the black water tank.

Ok, second problem and the story is just too long to get into.
Does anybody recognize this fuel manifold setup for the 73 46.6 sport fish. The only manual i've been able to find is for the Yacht and the manifold system looks totally different. Mechanic said repetedly that the system is backwards. Through trial and error they were able to get the valves set and both engines ran fine but when I looked this morning the valves were in the off position.
The pic is facing forward so port and starboard are as seen.

How can you tell in "off position"?
I have similar valves, but not in that pretzel fashion.
In your picture, the valves are not closed, compared to my valves.

    I assume 2 fuel tanks.
Feed and return selected by a valve per engine.
3rd valve for priming or for gen-set.

Correct, the 3rd is for the genset.
The placards for the valves obviously dont match whatever modifications were done, this set up looks completely bastardized. When I first looked this morning both valves were pointed to the bow, this was not the position they were in when they had the engines running but i've tried every combination and still can't start the engines.
