    shorted out the fuel sender by mistake .must have tripped the breaker but cant find it. does anybody know where to look for it. I have no gauges on the port side .

    Not familiar with your boat, but I suspect you have a sub-panel with the push-in type breakers (possibly under your helm). That's most likely where you'll find your problem.
