Does anyone out there know where I might be able to get an instrument panel for the flying bridge of my 1989 3207 Carver? Mine (pic below) has been abused over the years; cracked, holes from installations etc and I would like to replace it.

Lots of luck, but if you find one let me know.

I've been looking everywhere and can't find one.

Fill th cracks and holes then get an upholstery shop to cover it in black vinyl.

You could overlay it with a piece of 1/4" black Starboard. Ease the edges and attach it with small screws.

Can't really tell about the condition of the face-plates, but the starboard that SeaEric mentioned would probably be the easiest solution for that. The top area is the tougher part Think I'd opt for a soft cover like a car dash. An auto body shop / upholsterer could probably handle that.

I like the vinyl idea. I had a marine shop do the dash on my '67 Galaxie and it looks great.

My issue is finding a place to re-do the aluminum panels where the letters are worn off. One suggestion was a jewellery engraver, but I've got to get either the original ones completely clean or just get new aluminum.

And as I'm typing I think that the new aluminum idea is the best way to go.

Does anyone have the actual dimensions?

This is what I did on mine. Carbon fiber lower panels with back lite letters. New benzle and gauges above. I have more elsewhere. My boat is little and old. I do not belong here. I am little.

Try to remember when you are in Henry's neighborhood (back on the Farm) and the neighbors notice you standing in your field, they think of you as a man out standing in his field! ;)

Yes Henry Fords race track is still here on/in the Farm. Just down the street. Looks a bit different these days.

You do belong here and we're glad you are. Don't they always try to convince us size doesn't matter.

Hey 1000 Islands, If you are still on this forum and are still looking for a fly-bridge instrument panel replacement I finally have the solution. I finally stopped looking and decided to build my own replacement part. Made a mold from the original after filling in all the holes and cracks then made a new part using black Gel Coat reinforced with fiberglass. It is UV resistant, 10 times stronger and better looking than the original plastic part. I'm going to make another one out of carbon fibre next. Give me a shout if your still looking...

That would depend on the materials used i.e fiber glass vs carbon fibre. Also would need to know if you wanted the holes cut as per the original or if you want to do that to fit new or different size guages. I would guess between $650.00 & 850.00 plus shipping would do it. Give me a bell if you want to discuss...507 977 1207. Best regards,
