I am considering the purchase a Sea Ray Model 410 Aft cabin 1987. I am most concerned with moisture problems in the hull and deck areas of the boat. If anyone has knowledge of these areas and what I can look for before hiring a surveyor it would be greatly appreciated. I am also wondering if this is one of the Sea Ray models where balsa coring was used below the water line as described by David Pascal in some of his articles. I really like the layout of this boat, but do not want to be stuck with something I may never be able to sell. Thanks, M. Miller 3 Ray
