Gen 1:2 listed on YW for sale. Someone has completely renovated a classic 72. She's reportedly in Jax, FL. Has anyone been aboard or seen the work? Really great to see a quality revival, if that's what she is (and appears to be)...

She sure is fancy and pretty.

That is the Lambs boatyard in the background.
    I'm sure(hope) just for a bottom job.

It seems to me that the old Burgers in this size range have the capacity to fill a market void as new-ish vessels produced by the Burger yard at a price point below the new alternative. Im curious as to how this one for sale plays out...does it prove the concept as viable?

Burger recognized this market a few years ago and introduced a line of retro-inspired new builds. Sycara IV is a good example of their ability to turn back time, but at what cost? Refitting a classic might be more cost effective but if a new build is in the same range, that's likely a very niche market.
