The owner really loves boats, seems to just constantly churn through them of all sizes new builds and on market yachts.
Not sure that would be outfitted in Turkey in reality. Also the current owner will likely profit quite well if they sell for around this price.

Point being why a semi displacement is a good option. A Fleming for example would have good sea keeping but can also get up and go if needed.
