This is one luxurious sportfisher! Again, great job with the pics and the after review detailed shots, I personally think that aspect further aids a review. Also love Chuck's flair in the language, always wonderful to read! Thanks all! Keep 'em coming.

I wish we had reviewed this boat last year when it debuted at the Ft. Lauderdale Show. There was a lot buzz about it on the docks and for good reason. It's really a game-changer. Sportfish boats are often tools. A platform for fighting fish. And that's what we've historically come too expect.

Because we spend so much time at YF covering custom luxury yachts, we've become spoiled. Most sportfish boats can be rather bland in comparison, lacking the luxurious amenities of their motoryacht counterparts. Had I seen this boat, I probably would not have covered some of the other large sportfish boats we've provided reviews for over the past year or so.

The A-90 is bigger, offering far greater amenities, all at less than cost than smaller offerings from the big brands. If a buyer is seriously looking for a big sportfish that makes no concessions, this will likely be the next boat to sell.

Well I have been on a few sport fish boats before but while none of them were in the 90-foot range none of them can compare in the luxury department, all of them were bland bland bland and as you say are just platforms to fish. Seeing "El Lobo" really opened up my eyes, the only other sportfish that I have seen carrying this almost custom flair would be like, "Karyatis" and "Mary P" but those are on a larger scale.

    Hello everyone!

Just wanted to say that I had the pleasure of touring the Affinity 90 at FLIBS '09 with Jef Benkelman and the only way I can describe the yacht is "breathtaking".

The only other yachts that I've found approaching this style and caliber, are some of the Pacific Northwest custom boats.

My "hats off" to Affinity, in what I consider a perfect execution of a true "yachtfisher".
