wouldn't it be funny if Christensen sued Tiger Woods for letting the entire world know he owns one of their yachts!:D

I saw the TW yacht 'Privacy' at Miami Beach Marina in 2006. The second or third dock. I asked the crew if it was Tiger Wood's boat. Even the lowliest swab on the 130' boat utttered the same siphon-fed, robot response; "I am not at liberty to say", or something alond those lines. No hard feelings, I respect a man's privacy. I have crossed many celebrities and have no desire to interdict them.

I did see a group of 4-5 blonde, Swedish looking women walk past me towards said yacht 'Privacy', on the end slip, with multiple designer bags, as if having been on a shopping spree...

Cool. America is a great country. I also saw Tim Allen on the same trip in Bimini, though I didn't bother to ask him for an autographed 'Home Improvement' board game like many others...

    From the Palm Beach Post.

Another Tiger Woods headache: A lawsuit from yacht crew. Alexander McKee, who now lives in Vancouver, Wash., claims he was cleaning the deck of the 155-foot floating palace, as he had done for five months in 2005, when a hatch slammed shut on his hand.

Is the rest of the world as litigious as Americans?

I also agree that he should not be able to sue for a work related injury that he, himself, may have been able to prevent.

In november while doing relief on 52 M yacht in the same area the wheel house door slammed and broke the tips of two fingers. I am still getting treatment as I write. I simply went the hospital, put it on my insurance and the yacht owner is paying the deductibles , no workman comp, no law suit. If this accident happened a year ago, the guy would just go on workmans comp and that would have been the end of it. Everybody involved with TW will try and get on the gravy train. My 2 cents worth.
