    Hi,

If you are looking for a person to do all that and who wants to live in a small cabin you are probably going to have to hike your numbers a bit.

You want someone who is fully conversant cross platform and has Crestron programming experience- That's not easy to find in itself.

Do you happen to have the original software that your Crestron units were setup with by the installer?

I have had a lot of experience trying to get ETO's onto the larger boats and have found that the good ones know they are good and sought after and so command as much as they can get away with. Lot's of salaried time off can also be used as an incentive to encourage the right candidate.

    Hi,

My name is john, and i working on 205 foot motor yacht.
in the last 2 years We use to employee IT guys.
we noticed that one man can't take care the whole IT problems and leed as forward, must tell you that we suffered a lot from one man expirience limitation . so we decided to take outside company and so far all the systems are working good.its true that one man visit us at the ens,but we have all the company knowledge behind...and most of all we save a lot of money :)

when the season strated the company send us professional team to check the wireless, antenna functional , communication, computers and off course data security as our owner is very sensitive for that issue

the IT company manage all the rest by secured remote control
this is the 2nd season that we start in that kind of arrangement
I suggest you to think about that solution.

If you need more details don't hesitate to reply

    John.
