    Hello everyone,

My boss wants me to bring the boat to Cuba. The boat is 85', Cayman Island flagged, the crew are all Americans and the owner is Canadian. We only want to go if we can do everything on the level.

I have contacted the office of the US Treasury department which told me to speak with the Office of Foreign Asset control (OFAC). I understand that I need a license to go to Cuba, but it is unclear which one. I have tried to contact the office in Miami, but there is never anyone there.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

    Issues with CBP?

Does everyone clear in the Bahamas/Mexico before departing/returning to the US? If I have the license can I go Key West to Havana and back?

Can the boss fly in and out of Havana by private plane?

Does anyone know the physical address of the OFAC office in Miami?

Any and all help is appreciated.

    Best Regards,

    Nicholas
