Christensen build a very nice boat. Their interiors are up with the best and Dave and Joe are very good people to work with. The Christensen 155-165 series hull is a very good design and their engineering is excellent. The downside is that some of their design ideas can be lacking for someone used to European boats (Galley and Crew Quarters).
Westports 164' is a slightly different design concentrating more on speed and has a less roomy interior but offers more style due to the influence of Donald Starkey however this is a "stock" Starkey design. Quality is excellent.
Both yards build up to the best semi-production composite quality available.
I can't make any comment about Delta as I've only been onboard two Delta's and one was a steel hull and the other a custom full displacement hull not comparable to the other two builders.
I can't honestly say any of the boats from these yards is up to the standard of say Northern Light which is a similar sized Feadship but they are half the price and do compare favorably with many other steel hulled yachts built in Europe and are preferred by me to any other American yards and certainly better then most all of the European composite builders.
