Nice shots Neil! Arcadia is a looker for a smaller expedition style yacht... Then again, she'd look very good at my dock if I owned her:D

Oh dear, looks like I missed my 15-second of fame - we came thru the bridge at 5:30 on the 13th March but no one was waiting to take our picture! And I was SO looking forward to being on this thread!

The Med or the C'bean? I thought reidsatsea was refering to the bridge at St. Maarten.. and that would be the C'bean not the med. Or do you mean you want to get there before the boats leave to go to the Med..

I like the Harmony much better than the new Broward 120. I'm beginning to see yacht design as an amalgamation of international themes, -with few clear defining moments.

Sadly, in the case of today's more aggressive market, people are racing to add in all these swooshy curves, but Sorry pals, the square window frames need to go! Also, I happened to see a new Broward in the raw and frankly I was not impressed. However, their staff were clearly on top of everything. Maybe Americans will catch up once the LSX's sex-appeal really sets in.

Neil, thanks for posting that Google image earlier, somehow I missed it. But, I found the same angle quite readily while I was trying to get the inside scoop on my second cousin's operation somewhere in your neighborhood. Evidently, Robby does private scuba charters, in addition to helping all these fabulous yacht owners stash their money off-shore. Any 'inside dirt' warmly appreciated... "Ghostdancer" LOL 84'

Some things were never meant to be. We were in and out of the lagoon about 2 - 3 times a week for a month and still we didn't crack the nod.
Nevermind, I have enough people adoring me without me appearing on the web ;-)

By the time we left the lagoon, there weren't too many yachts around at all - it was amazing to watch the place emptying and the docks all open.

Would offer to post pictures of all the yachts in Antigua right now, except there aren't any! It is quite strange being one of only 2 power boats at Antigua Yacht Club, with only a handful of sailboats here as well. We're doing the "Antisocial Caribbean Tour" - going where everyone is NOT. By the time we leave to go south in a month, I am sure there will be no one else here, so we shall be sure to turn the lights off on our way out.

    Go well all!

ummm lets just say he's not welcome back on the island.
I've met him a couple of times while on vacation there,, and spent a lot of $$$ at his bars and restaurants over the years. From what I understand he had some problems with the local government. To what extent I don't know.
He had a good thing going there and he was a popular personality to a lot of visitors to the island and his establishments.

So unless someone else steps up to the plate to keep us up to date on the comings and goings of SXM,,, guess you'll have to wait until I get back there in December.
