I am quite sure that this has been hammered out many , many times. However, he we go. I am looking for suggestions on exact prop size for 43 C Gen II hull with 485 671 TIB's. Currently missing about 200 turns and I think that the wheels are three blade 24x25 with number two cup currently. Suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I'm sure you have a mirror smooth hull and fresh filters, rite???
    Have you ever made RPM?
Any new toys or equipment on board since the last time you made RPM?

I added some inverter batteries on our 58. WOW, heck of a difference.

Bottom is good and fresh, no huge additions, never made past 2300 since owned. I am thinking that the wheels are pitched to much with number 2 cup.

    Any EGTs available? Exhaust color?
Are you happy with the performance you have currently?

The #2 cup is only reactive at max RPM, Possibly could be tapped back out to a lesser cup.
For normal cruising, you are probably rite in the groove as far as water hook-up goes.

I'm thinking leave them alone till they fall off or get clobbered. Than a new set of 24 x 23 four blades.

In your hood is my prop shop. Tap on Paul for some real science.

Yeah, not exactly happy with the performance totally. I would like to see cruise get to 2050-2100 of course if we are making the reco 2500 and then the cruise speed would be slightly better than now. I am going to consider all things and then jump on it soon.

I could give you the specs and RPM/Speed from my props by Black Dog if you want a reference. Would need to adjust RPM for difference in gear ratio.

This is cruise point since I don't think you can reach my top speed with the DD's power limit.

Props are 24 x 26.25 - 3 Blade. I cruise at 2450 RPM (68-70% power on CAT computers) 23.5-24 kts depending 0n conditions Need to adjust my engine RPM to prop RPM and back to your engine RPM. My gear ratio is 1.72:1

I don't know how to decipher cup from the propscan but your prop person might. This is after tweaking to match.

Grabed on prop before and one after first time. Updated attachment.
