    "Leviathan" is one of the few superyachts that has its exterior decks done in a synthetic material...something other than the regular teak that we tend to see on yachts. However, with the modern sustainability push towards better materials and of course yards wanting to avoid the ethical, environmental and legal points surrounding the acquisition of teak, synthetic materials might start to look more attractive. I believe Leviathan has Bolidt products on her decks. The material wasn't just the regular brown colour you may see on a cruise ship this one has blue pigmentation in it and in this industry, blue is one of the harder colours to get right through the resin.
