The latest has been launched from Van der Valk. It is the 39.9-meter that was under construction as Project EVO as a custom project. With the launching her final name has been revealed as "Shine". She is a round-bilge fast displacement platform which has been built by an owner who has operated performance-oriented yachts int he past. The owners also wanted a yacht that was built to similar standards of a 60 or 70-meter superyacht. A 5 cabin layout sees the master suite on the main deck along with a pair of twins and a pair of VIP-grade suites on the lower deck. Dual MTU 16V 2000 marine diesels should propel the vessel to a top speed near 21-knots while fast cruising is 19-knots.
