Departing our temporary dock on the inter coastal at 06.00

First stop at Hilton Head Island. The boat was faultless and despite a big swell on the starboard quarter the stabilisers did their job.

More night passages just running on AIS and radar.

Hi all and thank you for your lovely comments. I was just going back over the thread and noticed that I have been a little remiss posting pictures of our progress. We arrived in Newport by June 2023 and were lifted out for the hurricane season.

The following year we headed south back down the East coast and across to Grand Bahama. We then made our way south through the Bahamas, the Turks, BVI’s, arriving in the Caribbean on Antigua. The interior joinery was sun bleached and Antigua varnish teams are world renowned so we had the interior completely stripped, stained and revarnished. The boat is now named Triana (another story) and we have logged over 4000Nm in the past 3 years. We are currently onboard at anchor in Grenada.
