    Hi Folks,

I’m running Crusader 454XLI Fuel Injected engines and need to replace my ignition switches. There’s a ghost (or short somewhere) that is causing my engines to start at random even with both switoturned off. I had to put both in gear to disable the neutral starter. It’s been a nightmare searching to find a compatible 3 position switch. Thank You!

Please update us if your engines just turn over or really starts up and run?
    One or both engines?

It is a standard starter switch but I really don't think your issues are there (unless they have really been abused).

Also, I have witnessed DIY web-techs install strange devices under the dash that will cause similar issues.

I fear the long wire helper solenoid is causing your issues.
Before the starter solenoid is a helper solenoid that may insert these problems when wet.

I have a tech that covers Jax. Rodger or myself can offer service as long as your NOT at Ortega Landings / Port-32.
Long story but the new owner is in court now over this.

Actually, lately there is nobody in the Ortega area I want within miles of my boat (Except Rodger).
If your at Beach Blvd and the ditch, Find John Oster. Independent tech working out of the ole Isle of Palms Marina basin.
