    At what time frame should a Strong Seal prop shaft seal be replaced/

    Usually when it fails.

    I don't mean to disrespectful here but it is hard to answer your question any other way.
    Later shaft seals can last years, with luck longer.
    Under stress, Silt, lack of water, shaft vibration, fouling and other faults can heap a seal fail in a week.

    This is why a spare seal (or two) should already be on your shaft as a backup.
