Hey there coconut....welcome to Yacht Forums....if you check the PalmerJohnson website you will see that there is a rendering of her there...See here....http://www.*****************/yacht/tomorrow/pj90sy.asp
there are some new rendering pictures from the 90 s/y. just click the picture and you will see it. the boat is made for charter, since there is no big master cabin. check it out http://www.nuvolari-lenard.com/pagine/frmint.asp?pagina=news
It was late December when I was last in Sturgeon Bay, and PJ's had their buildings closed up pretty tight. During the summer they often times keep them open to pblic viewing, but winters in northeast Wisconsin can get a little chilly, so they don't open them much. Hopefully I'll be able to get some pictures when it launches (presumably this spring).
I am sad to report that work on the 90 s/y has apparently stalled. I am currently in Sturgeon Bay and saw the hull as in the same form in which I posted it here: http://www.yachtforums.com/forums/palmer-johnson-yacht/106-looking-palmer-johnson-yacht-pics.html It has been moved out of the shed and is sitting outside uncompleted. I am assuming that it has been put on hold due to the demand for the 135' and 150'. It was my understanding that this s/y was intended to be a side project to retain employees during downtime, so I suppose it makes sense.
That's a shame. The S/Y90 is a gorgeous design. Hopefully someone picks up the project and runs with it, cause that boat needs to be completed and seen.
Funny enough, I thought of the PJ90 SY just yesterday and wondered what happened to it. Now you all tell me that the project has stalled?
