Vento yachts has revealed renders for the new 85 X-ONE model they currently have in development. Actual construction is earmarked to commence next month with a launch time around this time in 2024. Pose Yacht Design is responsible for both the exterior design as well as the engineering design of this new vessel. The yacht is performance-based in nature offering sleek lines, minimal draft and light-weight construction paired with its triple-unit propulsion.

In fact, the yacht is to be powered by three Volvo Penta engines which are estimated to permit a top speed in the region of 37-knots. Onboard tanks will allow for full tank of 4,000 liters and she can high-speed cruise at 28-knots. The yacht's hull design also gives a nod to her performance with 'intakes' integrated into the hull. Besides dashing speeds the living aspects of the vessel have also been taken into account for guests.

There is a proposed 4-cabin layout that would sleep up to eight guests and provide provision for 2 crew members. On the outside, the entire bow is fitted with layout pads ahead of the superstructure while the aft main deck and beach area is potentially where most guests will be hanging-out. Following the current trend in design of aft deck beach areas, the 85 X-ONE has fold-down terraces which open-up the lower aft deck area for great relaxation on the water. Going forward, the beach club continues through sliding doors into the hull of the vessel presenting formalized and relaxed seating. Another guest feature is the jacuzzi located on the aft main deck. Short specifications include a length of 85-feet, an overall beam of 20.12-feet and draft of just 5.3-feet. Construction will be in composite materials.
