I'm looking for a cheap Marina Slip to put my 46ft. Searay Sundancer. Anybody here know of a good one as there are many all around the Bay Area?

In general, the closer you are to San Francisco or Sausalito, the more expensive. The farther you're willing to go up toward the Delta area will probably save you money.
If "cheap" is your priority, you might try Vallejo Municipal Marina. Not much to offer in terms of local amenities but they seem to have availability.
If "good" is your priority, try Emery Cove or Safe Harbor Emeryville, as they are both decent marinas with much better access to the heart of the bay.

If you want a cheap marina it will likely not be a good marina. You may have to rethink your priorities. Agree with @TahoeJohn, Vallejo and Benicia are less costly and actually pretty nice.
I would consider traffic patterns on the freeways and access roads in my search as well.
Berkeley marina is nice-ish too but gettin in there through the bum and junkie camps is not as nice.

Very familiar with the areas in the delta just off San Pablo Bay. Take a look at Benicia Marina and Pittsburg Marina. Both are owned by their respective Cities and are well maintained. Each has a fuel dock a good security. If not familiar with Pittsburg, it is approximately 12 NM upriver from Benicia.

Haven't been there for a couple of years. At that time, docks were not well maintained and there was significant shoaling at the entrance.

    Thanks everybody!....one more question.
Anybody know of a cargo ship transport company to bring my boat from Puerto Vallerta to Alameda? I used a company couple years ago to bring my boat from Florida to Cabo but they do not work on the West Coast. The other companies I've researched only stop in LA or British Columbia?....figure there has to be one that would stop in Port of Oakland or San Francisco? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
