Apparently when Chris Craft bought Uniflite they had a left over 66’ hull from when Uniflite bought Pacemaker. Just looking for any info. I have not found any reference in the Chris Craft books.

Hmmm. Never knew Chris Craft built a 66' on the Pacemaker hull. Thanks for sharing. I think you will be hard pressed finding an info on it. Not sure how many were built . That being said as far as parts and materials go, I'm sure it shares much of the same stuff as the 501 50' Constellations. I always liked the 57' through 66' Fiberglass Pacemakers. Probably a comparable lay out to the Pacemaker 66 .

I have to wonder how much of this boat is Chris/Uniflite and how much is Pacemaker. You might do better looking for Pacemaker info.

She is substantially a lightly modified Pacemaker 66 in terms of design.

The following link from a Yachting August 1984 article provides complete information on the motoryacht. Interesting Chris Craft historical piece.

I was sleeping aboard at Big Game in the late 70's when a Pacemaker of this stature burned to the water line and sunk in the middle of the night reportedly on its way to the Boat Show. Not relevant to the thread, but the photo brought back some vivid memories.

That 66 Pacemaker was a huge boat in the mid to late seventies. I used to be part time washdown/ mop boy when I was a kid at the Pacemaker dealership Miller Yacht sales on 16th St. in Lauderdale. George Cable was the service manager there before he and Elmer Strauss started Cable Marine in '77 right down the street along with taking all of the department heads / trades craftsmen from Miller's.
