Has anybody replaced the lower trucks on the glass sliding cockpit door? Ours sound and feel like they need replacing. I can't see the type of trucks needed even with the door removed. The fuzzy dust frills obscure everything.

FPMarine has trucks available but I don't know which to order. I have loosened the screws but the trucks don't drop out and like I said, the frills make it impossible to see what's going on up inside.

I am at the point where I will attempt to disassemble the door frame at the bottom though it doesn't look possible. Just wondering if I'll be able to get the genie back in the bottle once I pull the door apart.

    If you haven't already...

Look in your Parts Manual for hints.... although the door might be listed only as an assembly in the Parts Manual

But if that doesn't help, call/email Sea Ray; they might be able to add info. Contact info in their "For Owners" section...

Thanks Chris, I will call them. Hopefully they will have tips on the replacemnet procedure as well as the part number.
In the meantime, I will check the manual one more time.
