Anyone have experience viewing Rocket Launches from either Mosquito Lagoon or the Ocean? If so, is there any information on restricted areas, best practices, etc.?

Check the Notice to Local Mariners. They give the dates and security zone information.

Easiest to stay at the marina and watch.

Go north in the Banana River from Barge Canal up to about G23 [NOAA Chart 11484], stay West of channel. Great viewing. you'll see other boats. If you go too far North, USCG will chase you south a bit. No worries.
