I'm sorry, but I have to chime in...

Following this thread in disbelief that it's not promotional rhetoric from a manufacturer or a rep. The first clue was the image from Silent that you posted, DocCuzi. It doesn't exist on their website or a Google/DDG search. That leads me to believe it's an internal image. It wasn't on the PDF you sent me either. If it wasn't for the chain mail communication you forwarded from their US rep, who was surprisingly uninformative, I would have deleted this thread along with your membership days ago.

For a guy who obviously has an to attention to detail based on the information you've relayed on Silent, your credibility just got tossed overboard with VanDutch. That boat shouldn't be associated with anything crafted in Holland...

I don't know what to make of this thread, but it remains open because of the knowledge our senior members put forward. 20 years of filtering this forum, I can usually sniff out spam faster than a golden retriever. I'm not convinced you're a shill yet, but there is an aroma.

I was responding to the post that RiknPat (no avatar) posted about a captain of a boat a super yacht captan named Tristan Mortlock who in an issue of Motorboat & Yachting dated March 26th of 2020 where in the article he made the exact statement.

I just sent you the URL where the picture came from. Pardon me for believing it came from the PDF. It's on the MFR's web site as are many other. I believe the url I provided you takes you directly to that page along with any other information Silent may offer freely to any person(s) that simply goes to their website.

It's not the same image. I compared them.

It's the "EXACT" same image. The only difference is I took the measurements from the other two PDF's Phillip provided me showing the height or airdraft over the water line of the craft. I copy it from their web page just like I copy this now. (New Email)

I just made a couple more and sent to your email. There's also my business contact info in that email. If you need verification of who I am, you can easily call them and they'll verify exactly who I am, and what I do. You should be able to reach out to both those vendors and they'll confirm their signatures and the conversations we've had. In your position, you can easily state you're protecting the integrity of their products and looking to discredit mis-information and that should settle it.

The first image you posted in this thread was NOT the same image on their website and now, somewhat coincidentally, the image on Silent's site has been replaced with an altered angle. See below...
