Having owned 3 NSXs and being granted a track day by Acura Corporate in the new NSX, I'm on the fence. The car is ridiculously complex and the byproduct of all that technology is a portly machine that drives a like a video game. Gone is the connected feel a driver had with the Gen 1 model. In its place is a car that's as easy to drive as an Accord. And therein lies the problem... sometimes a car's quirks can be endearing. The new NSX is clinical by comparison. I'm not sure how history will view Gen 2, but if I were a wagering man my money is on a new nomenclature... eNSX. Or "NSXe" ... which might be a little risky for a conservative corporation. Elon got away with it! lol

Recently bought the same model for my wife. The folding metal roof is an engineering marvel, considering there is not a rattle or squeak from all those pieces that are needed. I doubt that BMW has made a profit out of this model & for that reason, this might be one of the last cars with a folding roof, Drives like a dream!

Not exotic, but rare as tits on a bull: E-450 Wagon, Midnight edition.
Picked it up last week: 362 HP, 4 valves per cylinder, 4 over head cam shafts, 4 wheel drive.
Another German car, I should get a complimentary citizenship to Das Fatherland. 16378F14-13EE-4E25-9EE2-0186578A2104.jpeg

If I was looking for that type of sportscar and new. You really cannot beat the new vette. It does it all.......reliable, fuel efficient, fast, stops well, handles well......for a reasonable price.

Too bad it looks like a Tonka toy... or a low budget kitcar as was all the rage in the early 80s.

Great value but styling a bit over the top.

In an industry where the product is becoming more and more homogenous by the year, some brands stand their ground on history:

The Morgan CX-T has been featured twice in recent issues of EVO magazine... first in #289 (the Sept. 2021 issue) upon it's debut, and then again in #294 (the current Feb. 2022 issue) tested against an Ariel Nomad (2 of my 3 aspirational cars). According to both journalists that drove it, it's one heck of a fun drive!

Though I will admit I was shocked to see the price tag...

Now, of course I didn't think it would be cheap.

But... £204,000 (base price) is staggeringly expensive. That's $276,477 USD! Granted, they're only making 8 of them: 1 for the company, and 7 to sell. Still, that seems like a lot to me. (Though I'm not in their target income bracket, so I doubt they really care what I think. LOL)

That £204k price tag doesn't include any customer specific modifications though. Apparently one of the 7 sold is to be modified with anchor points on the cage to enable it to be hoisted onto a yacht. (How's that for a segue Carl?) If you would like me to road test this car as a potential yacht toy I'd be happy to!

    Hi!
I'm new to this forum. This is my first post.
I drive a Tesla Model X, one of the first 5,000 - an early adopter. It's like driving an iPhone, but much faster.

    P.S. I haven't been to a gas station in over 5 years.

My eye, I think the E Type Series 1 has to commence any list. There isn't a bad angle of perspective.
