Hi all, a friend of mine is finishing up a repower project and he has reconditioned zf 665a gearboxes.
He is trying to source the oil pressure senders that could link to a mareton display.

Does anyone have suggestions of where is the best option to look for this in the USA, florida or eastcoast preferably.

The boat is based here in Trinidad.

Maretron has a FPM100 fluid pressure interface that the Maretron site says can be used to monitor hydraulic fluid pressure. I have not used this interface. A suitable pressure transducer would be needed - Maretron Tech Support could help your tech on this.

My boat has a Simrad/Maretron/Actisense N2K network that includes, among others, a Maretron DSM display, and a TMP100 temperature interface module, same family as the FPM100 . IMHO, the Maretron products I have are extremely reliable.

I warn you that, in my experience, the Maretron configuration tasks are not trivial - definitely not plug and play, but when done right, the system is accurate and very reliable. My background includes industrial instrumentation and control - was not too hard for me..

Maretron also has a J1939 engine data to N2K interface - if by chance, the engine package includes the gearbox pressure values in the J1939 data, that would work, too. I have not used the J1939 interface.
