Tossing around the idea of selling our 2002 40’ open

My wife and I are thinking about selling our 2002 Luhrs 40’ open “Pack N Play”. Just haven’t been able to find the time to use it as much as we wanted to with an almost 2 year old and now a 2 month old as well. We have done a lot of work to the boat and a few things are still left to be done. The boat is powered by the wonderful Cummins 450C diamond series engines that run flawlessly. Engine hours are just over 1600. I figured I would test the waters here since I really have enjoyed this forum and I know there are some Luhrs fans here if anyone is looking or knows anyone who is, please send me a PM. Will make a good deal for someone. Located in the Galveston Bay, Texas area. Would probably list with a broker for $120k but will make a deal in the next few months if anyone is interested. I know this is kind of a vague post, but we aren’t 100% sure we would even want to sell. We love the boat and it’s very comfortable for us. Please PM for details and pics
