I assume you all know about the latest 14 day lockdowns on the above islands. I have a 3 week cruise set to begin 6/15 primarily the Exumas and Eleuthera. Don’t know if they will lock down other islands. So my plans are perhaps in jeopardy. The press release of the PM’s statement refers to Family Islands and the need to protect them as they have very few resources. Not sure what defines a family island other than sparsely populated. I would hate to get over to Chubb or further and have things lock down. If any of you have any insight into whether you all see more islands getting locked down I would appreciate your responses. Thanks

June 15 is a long time away... keep an eye on things and all the rule changes and then decide. I really doubt they’re going to shut down the Exumas cays since there are no major settlements. If they get a spike in great Exuma they may impose a lock down there but not in the the cays. As long as you can clear in Chub or Nassau... no worries

As Pascal says, things are likely to even be better or worse by the time of your trip. I would be very surprised to see major shut downs but I'd advise you to stay flexible and be ready at all times to change schedules. We're in Croatia right now and on our schedule is hitting the UK in late June. However, right now much of the EU is thinking of opening up but restricting travelers from the UK. So we know before we ever get to the UK we may need to detour elsewhere.

Just be prepared to change course and still enjoy.
