Small/Medium shipyard builds a large yacht -> goes bankrupt in a matter of years. I don't like this trend :(

Always sad to hear this. They must have a load of technical expertise after A and Artefact, along with their facilities, let's hope Lurssen picks them up. Have to wonder what their design and marketing people have been doing. The Italians seems to be going great guns with some beautiful designs. I think Nobiskrug never knew where they fit in or what their market was.

Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft FSG have bought Nobiskrug and perhaps saved it from a very uncertain short term future. Philipp Maracke who is the CEO of FSG will be managing both shipyards to ensure efficiency and stability. The company said that in total the companies will employ 645 people. So the 280 Nobiskrug workers will all continue to work it would appear.

Black Shark is supposed to launch this year. The 100+ meter superyacht you are referring to is Project Phoenix (HULL 796), there is the 70M Hull 795 that is to launch this year as well. There is 62-meter Hull 794 as well.

Nobiskrug has landed a comprehensive refit contract for a 120-meter superyacht. No idea what superyacht that is at this stage.

Nobiskrug has made a major move recently in acquiring Wuerzburger Interieur Manufaktur (WIMA), a German interior fittings manufacturer and specialist. "With this acquisition, we are strategically strengthening Nobiskrug in a crucial field for the superyacht industry,” Philipp Maracke, CEO of FSG Nobiskrug Holding, commented.
