Ok. So I've searched. Where is the fresh water pump location on my boat?

Could be in the ER but mot likely inside a galley cabinet. In fact thinking back to a 33 I ran the wp switch was on the forward galley wall, which means the pump was probably right below that. Btw if you turn on the pump and open a valve you should hear it turn on,

Thanks , I'll look at our next stop. We've finally made ockachobee. Going thru the locks today from Port St Lucie. , Fort Myers bound.
Last two days we've been using water jugs.

Byw, that was a 43 not 33. I believe that owner had a problem with the pump burning out and was a stickler about only turning it on when using the water. I don't remember if there was a separate breaker on the panel but the switch was on the galley wall.

It’s in the bilge most likely forward of one of the engines.
Look at the panel for the switch for the water pump is it 12 V DC or 115 V AC that will help you locate it.
12 V pump a small 115 V pump is rather large trace the waterline hoses in the bilge that will take you right to it.

On my 44, it is a 115 volt pump, switch on the panel and pump located under the guest stateroom inside bunk near the er bulkhead. access panel under the mattress.

Thanks Capt Fred. I'll look there today. We are currently at a stop though. Yesterday crossing the Ockachobee we blew the exhaust outlet on the turbo. There was so much soot in the salon I couldn't see thru it. Pretty bad. We hailed Seatow and caught a ride in. Got in the bilge and found the issue. So....now for parts in the middle of nowhere.

Been there, done that. You have my sympathy. Thankfully with the boat I was running the engine room was under the aft deck so cleanup was limited to the ER. Also thankfully for you FedEx has made it a small world and nowhere is very close to everywhere. Good luck. Don't forget to order new air filters.

Thanks. I found the water pump under a single berth in second cabin. For some reason it is not sucking water. Maybe pump bad?
Yes. Filters are toast. Trying to source new now. Any thoughts? Currently it has the KnN filters but they have collapsed.
Finally made it home tnite. Exhausted from the 6 day journey.

If your filter is on the input side of the pump and it is collapsed, I would replace it and recheck. That is most likely the problem. Perhaps blow back into water tank to make sure it is clear.

Glad your home. Do you have boost gauges on your turbos, would be interested in your boost vs rpms. Fred

I meant the engine air intake filters.
When I found the water pump, it has an after water filter clear canister but the filter is gone. There was stale water in (which of course I flushed) next I am going to try and trace if there is a water valve somewhere. I will also try the back flush.
I think I have 2 water holding cells. 1 filler on the bow, I believe is for the heads. 2nd filler in the cockpit I believe is house water.

What you think is a filler on the bow maybe goes to your black water/holding tank so you can pump it out.

I have two on the bow. 1 for black water sewage and 1 for water.
