Jeez, Leo Di Caprio could only charter this 'thing' for his 23 year old girlfriend's birthday. She must be out the door soon then.

Leight Star owned by California billionaire Howard Leight
built by Palatka Shipbuilding Florida in 1984 and designed by Douglas Sharp of San Diego. Successful 16 year charter career. Apparently quite comfortable. May echo the opinion of Prince Charles who was asked about a comfortable but ugly London Hotel. "I recommend it. If you stay there you can't see the d**n thing."

Ah, is that what it is?
Got a similar, or the same boat across the canal from me:
It was towed in 6-7 months ago @ 23:00 hours. (11 PM for the Yanks)
Has not been worked on since, and doors/hatches frequently stay open during heavy rain showers.o_O

Saw this cruising down the ICW. Not sure if this was a refit or an original design. To my eye, the forward swept pilot house windows look awkward on this design, so it qualified for the Rogues thread...

"Last call" is the name of that yacht. I think it was one of Westports first yachts.......or built by Westport. A friend of mine used to run it years ago.

I hope it was LAST CALL from that design team!

It's a Sarin design later lengthened to 124' and supposedly in an absolute auction in 2019, but can't find anything about it being sold and even indications it was going to be auctioned later so I have no idea. Can't blame the architect for it's appearance.

That puts me in mind of Disco Volante, Largos yacht in Thunderball.
I'd expect separation at any moment.

    its a 36 Krogan Manatee
its actually sought after boat amongst Krogan fans.

its a nice costal cruser and great live aboard for a couple.

A friend of mine has one. It has a very large salon for a 36' boat.

This aesthetically offensive thing just pulled in here at Compass Cay. Interestingly it was rolling back and forth like crazy while maneuvering.

And then this mutt pulled out... I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder but that forward section is just weird.

Too many boats seem to be designed from the inside out...and the designer throws in the towel before actually heading outside...
    AnotherKen and bayoubud like this.
