Got SeaDek on Odin: Holding up ok with gentle use: No shoes allowed, no red wine allowed.
That being said, my dog has made a few rips with her claws:
Occasionally an iguana will end up on the dock, the dog chases the iguana who jumps on the boat to escape, the dog jumps after and there is life and death fights on the blonde SeaDek: Damage from claws are inevitable.
The deck is fairly easy to keep clean with an electric pressure washer, but again, the boat sees only light duty: No fishing, and the few charters I do are sightseeing only. (Paying customers are allowed to use shoes or sandals, but I keep a doormat at the dock: Pls wipe your feet before boarding, thank you Mam.

One of the Iguana’s killed on the boat and did most damage to the SeaDek:

That color of SeaDek looks good. You need a video camera catching all that action for our entertainment. haha

Nah, trying to the avoid the iguana killings on the boat, not only does it get expensive, but it is also gross, with feces and blood flying.
Had 20 or so iguana killings on the property, with half on the boat. See less and less of the critters now, perhaps they have learned to stay away, but my dog enjoys the fights, she thinks it is her duty to protect the property and the last few times she started eating the iguana heads. Gross..o_O

Yeah, it can get messy. Your gal looks good not being cropped and docked.

Yeah, she is happy with her tail and ears au naturel.
(Heinz 57, combo of Black Lab, Coon Hound, and a few others ingredients.
I must feed her the right thing, she is fast as a gazelle and has more energy than the Bunny, hoping she will calm down soon, can‘t play with her all day)

We are proceeding with replacing the old teak with Flexiteak. All of the cockpit deck has been removed and we are filling all the holes left with epoxy. We are also making the necessary templates. At the same time, we are making new lids for the fish boxes and will hinge them to improve functionality. The current plan is to install Flexiteak in these areas: Cockpit deck, atop cockpit coamings, swim platform, flybridge deck, walkway outboard of the house as well as a walking path around the bow. We haven't decided the width of the bow walkway but likely will be in the 2'-3' width range. If anyone has suggestions or photos of what you have done on your bow area it would be appreciated.

I'd leave the bow area alone as I simply don't think it will look good.
