The second Pershing 140 has been delivered to its owner and is called "Touch Me". This is the second all-aluminium high-performance flagship model to have been launched and completed by the Italian yard after the first, called "Chorusline". Pershing says the yacht was delivered in July. The design is a collaboration between the yard/Ferretti Designers and Fulvio di Simoni both on the exterior and the interior. With three proper decks above the waterline there is plenty for the ten guests ( or eight guests and owner) to do while onboard.

Accommodation is for ten in five cabins with the owner taking a full-beam master suite on the forward part of the main deck and four other cabins provide overnight lodging for the eight guests. For crew, there are enough cabins to sleep up to seven. Unlike the first unit, which was fitted out at the owner’s request with an entertainment room, this unit has a full-beam private master suite with double bed, entered through the owner’s studio and small lounge. The layout is completed by a roomy walk-in wardrobe and a big bathroom. Luxury finishes and furnishings have not been left out on this build either. Touch Me also features the finest materials and furniture produced by top luxury designers, including longtime Pershing partner Poltrona Frau, Minotti, Artemide, Roche Bobois, Molteni and Fontana Arte.

Touch Me is capable of a staggering 38-knots at the top-end and fast cruising at 35-knots. This performance is provided by not two but four MTU engines. The 42.98-meter vessel has a beam of 8.5-meters. The Ferretti Group will be showing off this new vessel next month at a private showing at the Monaco Yacht Club. The Pershing 140 series doesn't end with Touch Me as there is a third hull presently under construction at the Ancona shipyard with launching expected in 2021.
