    This project pops up from time to time. Have you heard if anything is moving now, as I have only heard it stalled?

    I heard that building just started and it should be delivered in 2008.

    Do not know were it will be built but the idea with yacht hotels is not new.

    I heard this was going to be a private yacht...possibly Roman Abramovich's new build.

    The proposal in London looks nicethough a bit to modern for me, but why make the hotel a Yacht and not have it cruising the oceans? Or would that make it just another cruise ship? :cool:

    I was wondering that too... the project basically looks like a small cruise-ship that doesn't "cruise". :confused:

    I have a client with a midsize trawler, 2 staterooms + office, which is not attracting many buyers (too high of a price for starters) so he has it in the downtown area of his West Coast city and is offering it as a bed and breakfast and supposedlly is doing very well. Not a bad idea :)
