BlackCat 30 First Build With McConaghy Yachts

A partnership between BlackCat Superyachts and McConaghy will bear the BlackCat 30 in the near future. BlackCat had a similar design but measuring around 50-meters but after much feedback it appeared that customers preferred the same design on a smaller scale and the BlackCat 30 was born. At just under 100-feet long this fast and slick multi-hull ticked the boxes for many.

The design is by Malcolm McKeon while the interior is by Italian designer m2atelier. Onboard there is accommodation for up to eight guests in as many as six cabins. Up to four crew will be accommodated in two cabins as well. This catamaran will be one spacious vessel especially on deck. Just look at the rendering below at the social deck space.

Besides her good looks, the BlackCat 30 will be a performer too boasting of a 32-knot top-end and the ability to cruise at 20-knots. Perhaps her strongest pull will be her main deck spaces both outdoor and indoor. Below is a render of how thee main deck saloon is penned to appear in reality. A sophisticated finish on the neutral-end of the spectrum aided by masses of natural light during the day thanks to the large windows both on the sides and above. McConaghy Boats is known for their multi-hulls and perhaps best known for the build of the powered trimaran "Adastra".
