Why are Gulf Craft and Amizut relatively cheap?

    Hello

I've read somewhere that above 100ft the price of a yacht is one million per meter.
However this Gulf Craft Majesty 100 goes for sale for 5 million. Mod edit; link removed.

And I've seen 35 meters Amizut yachts for sale for 12 million.

While this is still a lot of money of course, it still seems in reach? Why are these brands around the 10 million unlike the more expensive boats? Quality? Won't they last as long? ...?

    Thanks!

I didn't deal with too many 100'+ boats, but I noticed that the smaller Azimuts (42'-57' +-) used things like smaller furniture, sinks, etc. to make it seem like you were getting more than you were. To me that's a big red flag. I remember cracking my head every time I got up from the helm seat in the 46', but it looked great. It's all in the details with any boat. They're mostly all beautiful. You have to look at the details with an eye towards why shouldn't I like this. Better to do that before you put your money down than after.
