Bathroom door latch

    Welcome to YF Tony. You might want to give a little more info like which model boat and maybe a pic of the latch or who manufactured it. Have you contacted Carver?

    I have a similar question to add...
    On my 2000 450 Voyager the lower bathroom door leading into the forward cabin will not latch.

    the mechanism is smooth and appears to be installed correctly, the door sits square in the jam but it will latch. I thought about putting a spacer in the metal catch but have not tried it.

    any suggestions for me? Give some more detail Tony and these guys are full of great ideas!

    Start by putting some lipstick on the latch, close the door and see where and how much it's off. Then adjust the strike plate accordingly. Also check your hinges. Lose screws on that side will affect how it fits at the latch.
