Arksen 85 Expected To Begin Construction Soon

The next model in Arksen's line of explorer aluminium yachts is the Arksen 85. The yard said that the first hull which is already sold is expected to start construction soon. It did not give a definitive date but it should be in the next few months. The first Arksen 85 was sold to a British client towards the end of 2019. Arksen offers builds from 23-meters up to 30-meters which are designed by Humphreys Yacht Design.

Arksen Yachts are typically geared towards being more environmentally friendly and their topsides tend to be lined with photovoltaic membranes. The Arksen 85 can hold up to fourteen guests overnight if needed. With an LOA of around 85-feet the beam is 6.8-meters which is comfortable, a bit wider than the 23-meter Arsken 70.

Compare the largest in the range the Arksen 100 that will carry up to fourteen guests as well but with more room. The beam is over 7-meters thanks to the longer length. Arksen's vessels are truly designed to be vessels to roam the oceans of the world for decent lengths of time. Each vessel in the range can be autonomous for up to three months at sea before having to return to port to replenish.
