Guess the only outdoor space is the transom and the heli deck when the heli isn’t on board. Destination—> Middle East?

According to the Edmiston broker you've quoted in the earlier page Lightning won't go to the ME, but considering the secrecy around this yacht (no Luerssen press release, no official length or designer team) we'll only know for sure when she's delivered.

In the DrDuu's video you can see a jacuzzi on the owner's deck and a large pool on the top deck (under the skylight). But I agree, it lacks outdoor space. Her beach club looks rather large though.

Any news regarding Lightning? The usual websites say her AIS has been turned off since February 27th, is this normal?

Also, other sites say she's owned/managed by a certain Diams Overseas Limited, a company registered in the BVI.

DrDuu mentioned on Instagram that the crew has boarded Project Lightning and they've been busy cleaning her up - maybe she will be delivered in the next days?

Also, there are a couple of recent photos scattered around the usual ship tracking websites - just google her IMO (9809980) and you'll easily find them.

Project lightning is now en route Kristiansand and her name is now available to public. This giant beauty will be called SCHEHERAZADE.
Can't do a research now but I recall couple of yachts with that name, and if they are for those owners talk about an upgrade:)

I like the name. I guess the only thing missing is the name of the interior designer.

If it is for the owners of the past Scheherazade then that is really a step-up as you suggest!

I was one of those owners, but unfortunately this beauty isn't related to me. I, along with my now ex-husband, owned Scheherazade, a Palmer Johnson 76' ketch we built in 1983. Then we had "OZ", an 80' Don Brooke design. Our next Sheherazade was a 100' Ankon Marine ketch we bought new in Capetown. We left out the "C" to make it a little easier on the bridge tenders.

Thanks, ApreMare! I enjoyed many years of cruising aboard beautiful yachts. I am forever grateful but little did I know that it would eventually be "job training." When I remarried, I was blessed with a baby with Down Syndrome. I used a generous divorce settlement to pay ongoing medical bills for our daughter. Then one day I decided to replenish my supply by selling a yacht. After all, I knew the commissions our brokers had made (and we made a few of the now big-name brokers!). Twenty-four years later I still appreciate what those years of cruising contribute to my job as a yacht broker.
    :)
