News: Horizon Yachts Launch First RP100

The new year is off and running for Horizon Yachts as it is announced that their first RP100 has been launched. Expected to be completed very soon as it will then make an appearance at a Horizon Open House towards the end of the month. Delivery will be to its Australian owner afterwards. The interior has been styled for the Australian market while not compromising luxury and sophistication.

Below we see a glimpse of the interior of the first RP100. Contrasting tones is the theme here supported by satin-finished Wenge veneers and light white sprayed finishes and upholstery. The style is sophisticated even though the yard calls it "Casual Elegance". With a raised pilot house design and all cabins on the lower deck, the forward main deck area is home to the yacht's Country-style kitchen.

As previously mentioned, the cabins are all on the lower deck which sleep eight comfortably. The master suite is full beam and is located midships while the VIP is in the bow and there are two twins. She should be able to attain a 21-knot top-end speed with her pair of 1,600 horse power CAT ACERT diesels. Dial back to a sedate 10-knots and the range stretches to around 1,300 nautical miles.
