WANTED: 21 inch Herreshoff Style Open Base Cleats

I am searching for 21 inch Herreshoff style open base stainless steel cleats (see pics below). I have searched online exhaustively with no luck. I have come to the conclusion that an 18" version made by Sea-Dog seems to be the largest cleat available on the open market these days, and those are nowhere near as beefy as these 21" versions. Fisherman Supply does not know where to get them, and Sailorman has none.

These 21" cleats came as standard equipment on several Hatteras models such as 86C, 92CY, 100CY, & 100MY and the 92' & 100' Elite series (and also from other yacht manufacturers). Hatteras purchased them from Coopers & Clarke, but Hatteras keeps no stock on them. Coopers & Clarke sells direct to manufacturers and has a large minimum order. Hatteras changed to the bollard style cleats on motoryachts in this size range around 2003 to give the owners that "megayacht" look. I am hoping to find some of these used, from a salvage vessel or maybe someone changing these out for the bollard style. Please let me know if anyone knows of some available. Thank you!

Thanks Capt J. I checked with them early in my search but Hatteras / Sam's Marine doesn't keep stock on these 21" or the 19" cleats, only the 15" and smaller.
