My 42 with 6-71 TI's used 24x26 3 blades or 23x24 4 blade S&S Katapults. And the 4 blade Katapults are 4 sale.
I'm runniing 24x25 with a heavy cup, 3 blades, on my 43. Really depends how much stuff you have on the boat. I get 2500 rpm with these. I have 450hp 671 TI's. You may have the 485's?
I usually cruise 2000 rpm. That gives 20.5 to 21.5 knots, depending on conditions. 2100 is 22 to 23 knots.
Prop size, pitch and cup are all particular to each boat. My thought is that on a boat with a clean bottom, load as you would usually run, recently serviced engines that your top end should be 50-100 RPM of the recommended top end. Performance will deteriorate as the season progresses. Don't chase it as the season move on, but recognize that you may want to pull back a bit. In the Autumn youre hull will be heaviear with water and growth
