  1. Two 26-meter Motoryachts By Holland Jachtbouw Delivered
Dutch yard Holland Jachtbouw was quietly working on a pair of 26-meter Explorer-type yachts. The yachts both having design by Knud E. Hansen were recently delivered to their owner earlier this month. Both are built on the same platform and generally look similar. One yacht is finished in a flag blue hull and the other with a light grey hull. One yacht is called "Poseidon" and the other "Arizona". Both are for one owner who plans to use them extensively in Norway, Denmark, Baltics area as private vessels.
  2. Onboard both vessels can accommodate as many as ten guests to sleep and can be operated by minimal crew. The differences on the outside are mainly stylistic in terms of different colours and design differences. Both yachts are 26.05-meters LOA with a 6.5-meter beam as well as 1.75-meter draft. One is more classical styling in terms of the rounded portholes in the hull, curvy reverse style side-deck plates and and backward sloping forward superstructure. The other hull is the opposite really with horizontally oriented rectangular hull windows, forward facing forward superstructure glass and modern cut to the facade.
  3. Build number 099 according to HJB is run by a tailor made hybrid system with a cross shaft option, allowing both CPP propellers to be run by either one or two main engines basically to have the option of saving more fuel when needed. Diesel generators coupled with batteries serve as an auxiliary power source as well as allow silent cruising in sensitive environments.
